When we introduced the new Midas HD96-AIR, we also announced plans for its companion, the HD96-FB16 Fader Bay. While the HD96-AIR is a fully independent, flyable console, the FB16 expands your workflow for those who prefer or require additional physical faders.

Bringing the FB16 to market wasn’t without challenges. Multiple times we were close to mass production, but testing and manufacturing hurdles caused delays. Each time, we chose to step back and resolve the issue rather than compromise the performance and reliability you expect from Midas.

The HD96-FB16 is here!

The HD96-FB16 is a portable 16-fader bay designed to specifically extend the HD96-AIR console’s capabilities, however it is compatible with the HD Series (including the HD96-24). Engineered for fast deployment, hands-on control, and multi-unit integration, it enables audio teams to scale their setup with up to 4 x FB16 units while maintaining efficient, low-latency workflow on the move.

Whether used with a standalone HD96-AIR or in a fully expanded configuration, the FB16 delivers flexible, professional-grade control for live production environments.
