HK Audio CS 218 Passive Subwoofer

Passive, 2x 4 ohms, 6000 W (program), 2x 18″ speaker, bass reflex, 140 dB max. SPL (calculated), 30 Hz – 100 Hz, 4x NL4 SpeakOn. The CS 218 and CS 118 subwoofers‘ characteristics, phases and dimensions are matched so they can easily be combined to configure subwoofer clusters that deliver excellent audio performance. Like the smaller CS 118, the CS 218 s dimensions are tailored for a perfect fit on standard pallets and truck beds. The CS 218 is also equipped with same four Speakon NL4 connectors as the CS 118. The Pin Assignment switch serves to assign the C-SUB 218 to one of the two speaker busses. LAB.Gruppen PLM+ and Powersoft X series high-performance power amps are recommended for use with the CS 218. Special filter sets are also available for these controller-driven amps if you wish to configure cardioid or end-fire setups. The CS 218 shares the same robust DNA as the CS 118: The tough, rugged hardware ensures these speakers will retain their value even after years of intensive use.
