Sophisticated design and a careful choice of materials emphasise the high standard of the 2nd generation iteration of the beyerdynamic Xelento. The craftmanship that went into the production of these sound jewels is reflected in the design. For an outstanding sound experience, only gold-plated plugs and silver-plated cables are used. In accordance with this audio-technical aspiration, the front of the housing is decorated with real 24 carat gold and applied in a high-precision technical process.

HANDCRAFTED IN GERMANY
The Xelento (2nd Gen) is carefully handcrafted at beyerdynamic’s headquarters in Heilbronn, Germany. With the greatest precision and unyielding quality standards, this acoustic masterpiece is created combining the highest craftsmanship and heart and soul.
Thanks to a new, special acoustic resonator, an optimised high-frequency range ensures even more fine detail and lightness. In accordance with this, the mid-range is extremely linear, which is very effective at avoiding colouration. As a balanced counterpart to the treble and midrange, the bass is designed in such a way that even the lowest frequencies are reproduced with absolute precision. Another acoustic high-tech filter makes this possible in a unique way. The high external noise attenuation and the powerful drive of the transducer ultimately ensure the highest signal fidelity in terms of lowest total harmonic distortion.
