Most people are not aware of the true nature of acoustics and often opt to purchase new microphones or speakers under the pretence that this investment will ‘solve the problem’ when the real problem is not the equipment, but the room itself.

The Primacoustic Room Designer has been developed to help you visualise your layout and create a custom solution for your room design. Acoustic treatment is not a 'one size fits all' and many rooms have unique layouts that require a specialised solution. The App is free to use and allows you to create a grat sounding room.

When it comes to acoustically treating a room, there is no one-size-fits-all formula. Factors such as room dimensions, available wall and ceiling space, and the intended application of the room can dictate the proper acoustic panel selection. The PrimaPro Calculator App is designed to be a user-friendly, step-by-step tool to take the guesswork out of any acoustic treatment project.

Many of today’s meeting room environments are designed to be visually stunning spaces that look great and are very pleasing to the eye, but not the ear. More often than not, they are made of glass or hard surfaces and are ‘box-like’ spaces that conspire against the often-huge investment of technology within them. From a user’s point of view, using the room can often be a tiring experience, and the far end of a video or audio conference can often hear an unintelligible noise. All this leads to a stressful experience and a reluctance to use the meeting space. From treatment for the ceiling or walls, these products are designed to blend in to the environment and not interrupt the visual look of the space, whilst improving the acoustics, ensuring you’re getting the best from your investment in technology.

Primacoustic also offers a complete selection of acoustic isolation devices including recoil stabilisers for studio monitors available in various sizes, weights and firing angles to address the vast array of speaker designs, as well as products that can attenuate unwanted sounds from entering nearby microphones.

"Your mixes are only as good as your monitors and mix environment. When I began using the Primacoustic Recoil Stabilizer I immediately noticed improvements in the low-end clarity of my near field monitors, to the point that I no longer needed to use a separate subwoofer. Incredibly, the detail of high frequencies and image localization were also improved” - Chuck Ainlay, Producer / Engineer - Dire Straits, Vince Gill, George Strait, Lyle Lovett, Dixie Chicks

Convenient Room Kits to Suit Any Space.

Primacoustic offers a variety of London Room Acoustic Treatment Kits that are scaled to fit just about any room. Unlike low density foam panels that only absorb high frequencies and will leave your room sounding uneven, Broadway Acoustic panels are made from high-density glass wool for even absorption across the musical spectrum. Panels are mounted to the wall using Impaler’s and strategically positioned to minimize primary reflections and flutter echo. Because the London kits employ the same high-performance panels as used by top recording studios and broadcasters around the globe, you can start with a basic room kit and enhance your setup over time as your needs expand. Once in place you will find that recording will be easier, the use of effects more predictable and your mixes will translate better when played on various audio systems.
