How to return your product(s) to POLAR for repair or credit:

Requesting an RA Number

POLAR offers a warranty repair service for all products that it distributes. Please complete and submit the form on the link below to request an RA (Returns Authorisation) number. Once the online form has been submitted, POLAR will check your request and issue an RA number once all the details have been confirmed.


* The serial numbers can be found on the inside of the right earphone. The serial number is the six-digit number after the "S/N: " characters.

Please ensure all fields are completed in full and with as much information as possible to avoid any delays in your RA number being issued.

Non-Warranty Repairs

POLAR is unable to accept repairs back that are outside the manufacturer’s warranty period, or have a fault that is not due to a manufacturing defect.

Returning Non-Faulty Products for Credit 

If trade customers wish to return a non-faulty product for any reason, please be aware that we will require it to be in the same condition it was sent to you in and must be returned within 28 days of receipt to ensure it is not classifiable as a used / pre-owned item.

The following charges and timescales will apply to non-faulty products when returned:

 New Unit / New Box 15% Restocking Fee No Credit
 New Unit / Used Box 20% Restocking Fee No Credit
 Used Unit / Used Box No Credit No Credit

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned to POLAR for credit unless they have a manufacturing defect: 

  • Special order items
  • Items we have had express shipped to customers
  • Items with hygiene issues (in-ears, Earpads etc)
